Little Mountain Farm is a small-batch hydroponic microgreens operation built on the belief that clean, living food should be accessible locally — grown with the highest standards and delivered fresh.
Why microgreens
Tiny plants, tremendous nutrition
Microgreens are harvested 7–14 days after germination, at the peak of their nutritional density. Studies show they can contain up to 40 times the vitamins and antioxidants of their mature counterparts. We grow them in small controlled batches so nothing sits in storage — every tray is harvested fresh for your specific order.
Hydroponic Precision
Our controlled hydroponic system allows year-round production in Northeast Ohio. No soil means no soil-borne pathogens and precise nutrient delivery to every plant.
OMRI Listed Standards
Every input — nutrients, amendments, cleaners — is OMRI listed for organic production. We chose this standard because it is the most rigorous publicly verifiable benchmark for clean growing.
UV Sterilized Water
All water in our system passes through UV sterilization before it reaches a single plant. This eliminates pathogen risk at the source — built into our infrastructure permanently.
Harvest to Order
We do not pre-cut and store. Every tray is harvested in the days before your delivery, preserving maximum freshness, nutrition, and flavor.

Low Footprint

Built from the ground up
Little Mountain Farm started as a small growing operation driven by a deep interest in food systems, sustainable agriculture, and the power of locally-grown produce. We built our hydroponic setup ourselves, researched every input for OMRI compliance, and installed UV sterilization because we wanted to stand behind every tray we sell.
Today we supply households and local businesses across the greater Cleveland area with a weekly rotation of the most nutritious varieties we can grow — all from Northeast Ohio.
Every tray that leaves our farm is a product we are proud to put our name on.
